SAMPLES
samples are offered for $5 each. we recommend ordering samples since computer screens and colors vary. e-mail us to place an order.
CUSTOM DESIGNS AND COLORWAYS
please feel free to contact us if you are interested in a custom paper or color. we would be happy to collaborate.
INSTRUCTIONS
installation instructions will be e-mailed upon request or with every wallpaper or sample order.
RETURN POLICY
for damaged / incorrect merchandise: if you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact crazy coconut within 14 days of receipt to obtain instructions on how to return the damaged / incorrect item. once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our workshop, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.
please note: we will only be able to reimburse return shipping costs in the event that the customer requests an exact replacement of their damaged piece. if the customer decides that they do not want a replacement, the return will be treated as outlined in the "for unwanted items " section below.
for unwanted items or extra ordered items: if you should decide that you are unhappy with the item you have purchased or you purchased more wallpaper than you needed, please contact crazy coconut within 14 days of receipt to obtain instructions on how to return the unwanted item. you must then ship the item (in new condition, in its original packaging) back to our warehouse using UPS ground delivery (at your expense).
unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on custom patterns or designs sold by the yard. there will be 30% restocking fee for all returned material unless there is a manufacturing defect as described above.
OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY; RESTRICTIONS ON USE
all site designs, text, images, photographs, illustrations, artwork, graphic material, or other copyrightable elements, and the selection and arrangements thereof, and trademarks, service marks and trade names are the property of crazy coconut and are protected, without limitation, pursuant to U.S. and foreign copyright and trademark laws.
